They faced it and then solved it with great diligence and expertise.  They were communicative,  polite, and remained positive during the entirety of the job which took many hours more than what they had expected.  They saved us from a situation that could have involved moving out of our home, and got us back into working order, and we are grateful for their skill and professionalism. After a week of calling several other plumbers who couldn’t fix our drainage problem, our hero, Adonis T., arrived. He was friendly, kind, skilled, and effective! He fixed the drain and found the clog in an area that no one else could fix or find. He left our house in better shape than when he arrived. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. I was able to get same day service which was great. Adonis was the plumber who came in and helped me. He was very polite introduced himself upon meeting. I explained what was going on. He knew right away what was happening. He went out to the truck and got his tools. My shower is working great now. He explained everything to me, cleaned up after himself and was gone. Quick fast but efficient work. Thank you Adonis and Drain King. I have been using them for about 4-5 years and I am very satisfied with their service.

Adonis & John came to look at our sewer pump for the basement bathroom. They were wonderful. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They even pointed out other things they noticed that needed to be fixed. Highly recommend!

Adonis and John arrived at 9 am (as they had scheduled) . They were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Very easy going and easy to talk to. Very professional and worked well as a team. They discovered the root of the problem of my two clogged drains. I had been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my regular plumber to resolve my problems and they did it in 2 hours!
